Victorian pine desk

A lovely Victorian pine desk with a wonderfully warm, timeworn finish and plenty of character.

With two drawers and a generous tabletop, it is a really practical piece that you can comfortably sit at and work from, while still feeling like a beautiful piece of furniture rather than a traditional office-style desk. It would work equally well as a desk, writing table or useful work surface within a living space, making it easy to incorporate into a collected home.

The stained pine has developed a gorgeous patina over the years, with plenty of natural variation, age-related wear and markings that add to its charm. There is no major damage and no structural issues, just the honest signs of a much-loved antique piece.

A decorative and incredibly useful addition to a home — perfect for creating a little workspace without making the room feel like an office.
